Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and kept us cool with air conditioning and a fan, but the lack of professional service was a downside. The outdoor bathroom had almost no lighting, and there were stains on the sheets when we arrived, along with noisy rooms and unwelcome bugs, mosquitoes, and even a scorpion on two occasions.
Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and super comfortable, perfectly blending the rustic Tulum style with modern amenities. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff who made my stay the best I've ever had. The location couldn't have been better; it was a fantastic and quiet part of the beach strip, offering great privacy and stunning views. The dining experience was a true delight, with delicious and healthy options that surpassed my expectations. The facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a perfect getaway.
The hotel provided a mixed experience. The rooms were smaller than expected and not very comfortable, although they did have a private bathroom. The service was exceptional with friendly staff offering assistance even with potential noise issues. The location was excellent being right by the beach, but there were concerns about drainage. Dining had its ups and downs with high quality food but limited timing for breakfast. Overall, it's a place with some drawbacks but also great attributes to appreciate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a lovely little balcony overlooking the garden, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy and poorly lighted with a dirty balcony lacking furniture. The staff was friendly and even offered a discount on extra fees, but there seemed to be a shortage leading to delays. The location in Tulum was stunning, although it had some drawbacks with mosquitoes and rude concierge service. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options but had limitations on ordering certain items. In terms of facilities, there were some hits and misses.
